What data we collect
Identity & contact: name, email, role, company, social profile URL(s).
Lead / enquiry data: messages, meeting info, notes, form inputs.
Transaction data: audit purchases (via our payment processor), invoices, receipts.
Marketing & communications: preferences, engagement with our emails.
Usage & technical: IP address, device, browser, pages visited, referrers, UTM tags, events (via cookies/pixels and analytics).
We do not intentionally collect special category data or children’s data.
How we collect it
Directly from you (forms, DMs, email, calls, meetings).
Automatically via cookies, pixels and analytics on the Site.
From public sources (LinkedIn, app store listings, company websites) to identify relevant prospects.
Why we use your data (lawful bases)

Sharing your data (processors & recipients)
We use trusted processors to run our business, e.g.:

International transfers
Some processors are outside the UK/EEA. Where transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK Addendum to EU SCCs, adequacy regulations).
Data retention

Leads/prospects: typically 12–24 months from last interaction.
Client and transaction records: 6–7 years for tax/legal compliance.
Analytics data: per tool defaults or up to 26 months.
